You see that special something inside them. You know it’s there.

We do too, and we can help.

Here’s how it works:

Give us a call

We start with a quick screening and listen to your concerns; we’re happy to answer any questions you might have. It’s okay if your child has been denied for in school services, or if they are currently receiving therapy at school.

Define the goal

Every child is different. That’s why we do a thorough evaluation before any treatment, then pair your child up with a Speech Language Pathologist that’s the best fit. Together you’ll build a plan that puts your child’s goal within reach.

Move forward with confidence

Your therapist will be there for you in between appointments if you have questions. You’ll get coaching on exercises to complete at home. They’ll even advocate for your child by communicating with school-based therapist teams and teachers.
What other parents have to say.
My child has improved so rapidly with the online therapy, and most importantly, their confidence has increased exponentially. Thank you, Kudos!
Kaite Keefe
They communicated with the school’s psychologists and attended parent-teacher meetings. With this support and intervention, our girls were able to graduate from speech services.
Melinda Toom
It was amazing to watch my son’s therapist work with him and make him feel comfortable. Kudos truly cares about helping these kids. I don’t know where we would be without them.

Do you take insurance?

Although we do not currently bill your insurance, we are working on adding that service in the future. In the meantime, we will supply you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

What does a typical speech therapy session look like?
A typical speech session is about 30 minutes with 25 minutes of treatment and 5 minutes of follow-up with the parents to explain carry over activities until the next session. Each session is personalized for your child’s needs, age, and goals.
Why does it look like you’re just “playing” with my child?
This is a very common question. Although it may appear like strictly playtime, we use play as a powerful strategy to make great strides in your child’s speech success. We tailor all the toys to elicit specific speech sound(s) or language targets. So your child progresses while playing in an environment they feel comfortable in!
How does my child qualify for speech therapy?
During our first meeting we will conduct a thorough assessment. Then we’ll have a clear answer whether or not your child will benefit from speech therapy. There may be occasions where we do not recommend treatment, as there is still developmental time for a sound or language concept to develop naturally.
How many sessions does my child need?
It really depends on the child, their needs and their goals. While we can do our best to give you an estimated timeline, we can not predict an exact number of sessions. As always, your therapist will keep you up to date on the treatment plan, giving you the most current information reguarding sessions.
My child has significant behavioural challenges. Are you willing and equipped to help them?
Behavior is communication. We strive to help your child communicate and work with you to best help them. If safety becomes a concern, we will work closely with you for a solution that keeps the clinic and the people in it safe.
Which is better, teletherapy or in person therapy?
Each type of therapy has it’s benefits and limitations. We will go over the options to determine what you are most comfortable with and how we can best support your child.
What are your COVID-19 protocols?
We follow CDC guidelines, and standards that keep our students and staff safe, including face masks, temperature checks, attestation checks, and sanitization of rooms and supplies between clients.
